How can I cancel my account?

One of the requirements to cancel a QuickBase service is that all the applications within the account must either be deleted or transferred out by the owner, otherwise the system prevents the cancellation option. Because of legal and privacy reasons we are not allowed to delete the apps for you.

To delete all your applications: On the right side of the My Apps page, click the "Manage my billing account" link. Click the Apps tab and QuickBase displays a list of all the applications in your account. Select the checkbox next to each of the applications and click the "Delete Selected" button.

Once all applications are deleted, only a Billing Account Manager can cancel the service. Go to the My Apps page and click the "Manage my billing account" link. Then click "Change Plan" on the left side of the page. At the bottom of the page, click the "Canceling your service..." link. Follow through with the directions provided to cancel your QuickBase service.

Please be aware that it is only after you have officially canceled your account by going through the steps above that we will stop billing your credit card.

Cancel my Subscription

I am trying to cancel my subscription.

I have followed the instructions above.  I cannot locate the "Manage My Billing Account" link on the My Apps page.  Where is the linl located?

Please help,

Hi Pat --

If you're on the My Apps page, and signed in, you should see a section on the right side of the page labeled "Account Admin". The link to manage your billing account (it may read "Manage accountname") should appear in that section. 

If that section is not visible on the My Apps page, then you don't have the correct permissions to cancel your subscription. 

If you're sure that you do have the correct permissions, and the section is not visible, please contact our Customer Care team. When you're logged in to QuickBase, just click Help in the dark grey bar at the top of the QuickBase window, then click Manage Support Cases. From this page, you can create a new support case or manage existing cases.

In general, the procedure shown above should be the fastest way to cancel your account. If the procedure does not work for you, I'd suggest contacting QuickBase Support directly to try to find a solution:
