Sample Project Manager (Advanced)

Use QuickBase to manage your projects! You should start by creating project top level tasks.  Start by clicking on "ADD RECORD". Leave the Item Prefix blank and fill in Item Suffix with the numbers or categories of the top level divisions of your project. In the sample we use numbers for item prefixes and suffixes. But you could use letters or even words or phrases.  For example if your project is divided into Engineering QA Manufacturing Marketing Public Relations then add five new records with the Item Suffix filled in with the five words/phrases from above.
